We carefully pack each Kutani ware piece to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Shipping is included in the price.
The price you see at checkout already includes the shipping cost, so there are no additional shipping charges for delivery.

We maintain inventory whenever possible so that orders can be shipped without unnecessary delay. However, some pieces are individually produced or available in limited quantities.

• In-stock items: We will ship your order as soon as possible.
• Out-of-stock items: Please allow approximately 1–3 months for production and restocking.
• If an item requires additional time, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
• Fragile ceramics are carefully protected with secure packaging for international transportation.
• Tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped.

Please note: Depending on your country, local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
